The Valent people were helpful but they call you a cab, which is expensive, have broken down cars that are not safe to be in, and do not run the meters. Most front end people, have a handful of restaurants that that they can recommend, not here. ![]() Then when the TAP could not seat anyone, I asked the front desk for suggestions, that person had none. Normally, when you go into the hotel and get checked-in, they allow you to ask about the discount, not here according to the rude lady. My husband is a veteran and because he did not ask when he booked the room, he was not allowed to get the veteran discount. ![]() This place looks like wow! But customer service is horrible. I have been to the Vegas version and that customer service is great.
